According to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Phillips has asked the court to award her spousal support and has also asked that any payments made to Masterson be terminated.

In 2011, the pair who get married will have their assets valued and distributed in accordance with the documents. Whether or not there is a prenuptial arrangement is unknown at this time.
Phillips is asking for joint legal custody of their daughter Fianna, with visitation privileges for both herself and her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds.
Her lawyer revealed to People magazine: “Ms Phillips has decided to file for divorce from her husband during this unfortunate time. Her priority remains with her daughter.”
The lawyer went on, “This period has been unimaginably hard on the marriage and the family. Mr Masterson was always present for Ms Phillips during the most difficult times of her life. Ms Phillips acknowledges that Mr Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter.”
